The ONLY Beauty Product You Need This Summer

This one product will completely change your summer beauty routine, and all your make up looks.

It is the holy grail.

The Body Shop Honey Bronze Drops of Sun Holiday Glow Creator (that’s kind of a mouthful) is the best thing to ever happen to me. Ever.

So what is it?

“A shimmer-free, sun-tinted liquid gel that will give a bronzed finish to your complexion, adding a natural healthy, sun-kissed holiday glow.”

That’s how The Body Shop describes it, and that is exactly what it is.

There are a few ways I’ve been using this product:

1) Bronze up my face

The tan on my face tends to be really quick to fade because I exfoliate daily and wear a lot of make up, which means the rest of my body is pretty dark compared to my face. On days that I don’t feel like wearing and make up I mix a drop or two of this (depending on how dark my body is) into my daily moisturizer and apply it like I normally would. THEN I take a foundation brush and blend it into my neck. NEVER FORGET THE NECK LOL. I find it much easier to use my finger on my face, and a brush on my neck but it’s really about personal preference.

I kid you not, it looks so natural it’s insane. It’s not orange, and it’s not muddy – it literally looks like I came back from vacation with beautiful glow skin. It even covers up any discolouration I have, or spots.

2) Change all my foundations into a summer foundation

Say goodbye to spending $45+ on a summer foundation to match your tan. I’ve been adding Drops of Sun into all my foundations to match my skin tone and it. is. life. changing. I’ve been able to get the perfect shade with all my foundations, without changing the consistency and coverage. Once again, doesn’t make it muddy or orange, just a bit darker.

A little goes such a long way so I feel like it’s never going to run out.

3) Match my neck to my face lol

Unless your neck tans really well, you’re probably joining me with the pale-as-a-baby’s-bottom neck that doesn’t match your foundation…or like the rest of your body. Que the Drops of Sun. I strongly dislike the feeling of bringing my foundation all the way down my neck it just feels gross and unnatural, but the Drops of Sun isn’t noticeable at all and it makes my neck match my face. Can I get an amen?
