They really do though… No one wants to get up for class or work… we want to stay cozy and warm in our beds and watch Netflix until it’s time to sleep again. But we have to be responsible, active members of society. So we have to find ways to make mornings suck a little bit less…
1. Prepare the night before
Food, clothes, everything you need for class- get it ready the night before! Save yourself 15-20 minutes in the morning, it’ll make all the difference. If you happen to be a little behind, no biggggggie everything is ready for you.
2. Breakfast.
When your parents tell you it’s the most important meal of the day, they weren’t lying. Start that metabolism and get that body in gear to start the day.
3. Coffee/ Tea
Take time to sit and enjoy a coffee or tea in the morning. Take some you time to get that caffeine fix! 4. Motivational quotes
Positive mindset= positive life. Listen to podcasts, get some motivational quotes from the gram, read a book, whatever works, but watch how positive thoughts in the morning shift your day!
5. Light
Did you know that light sends signals to the body letting it know that it’s time to wake up? Well if ya don’t know, now ya know! Throw those blinds open and your body will start to wake up on it’s own.
Switch up some of your morning routine to start your day off right and see the positive changes in your day. We also feel like it’s much less stressful than waking up in a panic with 16 minutes before class starts, but hey, what do we know?  You can thank me later!
