As we’re sure you’ve all heard, the Fort McMurray fires have completely devastated the area, leaving approximately 2,432 homes destroyed. In such a difficult time, it’s important that we all do what we can to help, no matter how large or small of a contribution. If you’re interested in donating to Fort McMurray, here’s a list of places to do so:

Prom and graduation are approaching and many students in the area could use a dress or suit to wear, this Facebook page has been set up to donate to graduating students. They’re accepting the following items, if you have any of these to donate follow the link:
• grad dresses
• button up shirts
Help other students just like yourself, on a night that should be filled with joy and positive memories!
This Facebook group has been set up to send in any supplies donations that can help the families in Fort McMurray, they’ve set up lists of donations they’re accepting! Check it out and see if there’s anything you can send over.
Loblaws is taking donations when you check out at the store. Take your grocery shopping there to help out!
7. Local Charities
If you know of any local charities in your area, it’s likely that they will be accepting donations. Check in with local grocery stores, or retailers to see if they’re donating a percentage of their sales!
This weekend McDonald’s is donating $1 from every Big Mac sold to Red Cross Fire Appeals!
